I’m driven by the belief that the best designs and artworks are the ones that feel like a found object, something that was discovered like a lost treasure. My work is a constant conversation between my love for portrait drawing and my background in graphic design, fusing the two to create a semi abstract, sci-fi, neo brutalist style and vibrant artwork.
The portrait drawing is the second installment in my charcoal art series called Black Sapphire, it is created by capturing African beauties in their natural look, unfiltered and pure just like a Sapphire.
